Is your spirit in good health?   One’s physical health is often the subject of conversation but rarely are we asked the question above.   “It’s a personal matter.” Really?   I know, “It’s between you and God” but like a few extra pounds, it shows!   Recognizing we’re ill is the all-important step to seeking and receiving medical treatment.   To do that we compare how we’ve felt in the past to how we feel in the present.
