Trust in the Lord today!

The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? Psalm 27:1 (KJV)

The knowledge of God and His will dispels fear, any fear. We are finite beings who will experience this life but once. We're subject to influences both positive and negative during our sojourn and this fear of the unknown can be paralyzing. Knowledge of God's will, faith in His protection and provision can allay our fears. Trusting in God removes the doubts that can rob us of joy and victory. Trust in he Lord today!

Ever wonder how God views our offenses inflicted on others? You and I may consider and classify offenses as Grave, Serious, Major, Mild, Minor and Insignificant but how does God view them. We classify them as such even if we’re the offended party but we’ve all seen a “Minor” offense have “Grave” consequences depending on a variety of details. “Minor” offences are like minor scratches and thorn pricks, they can be infected and cause great illness and even loss of life or limb. Spiritual “wound care” is of vital importance. Jesus teaches that we’re to avoid all offenses and when we are offended we should bring it to the offender’s attention and seek resolution.
