Like your own body the Church is a living organism. It is comprised of many members working together to support and promote growth and life. Like our own bodies, if the church is not nourished, it weakens. If it is cultivated, it languishes. If it is not watered, it wilts. If it is not educated and trained, it fails. If it has no vision, it dies. Care for your physical body and then tend and care for the body of believers that is Primera Iglesia Bautista. 12 For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ. 13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. 14 the body is not one member, but many. 1 Cor. 12:12-14 (KJV)
