9 And a vision appeared to Paul in the night; There stood a man of Macedonia, and prayed him, saying, Come over into Macedonia, and help us.
10 And after he had seen the vision, immediately we endeavoured to go into Macedonia, assuredly gathering that the Lord had called us for to preach the gospel unto them.   Acts 16:9-10 (KJV)

Christians are “indwelt” by God’s Holy Spirit upon believing and trusting in Jesus as Lord and Savior.  Our growth in knowledge, wisdom, works and success is directly tied to our degree of sensitivity and obedience to the Spirit’s call to service.  Here Paul is a prime example of one believer’s response to the Spirit’s Call to action.  Deepen your experience with God today; open your mind, heart and “spiritual ears” and listen to what the Holy Spirit is saying to you this day!
