Is the Lord God Jehovah your Shepherd?

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.   Psalms 23:1 (NKJV)

"The Lord is My Shepherd" seven syllables comprise what is perhaps the deepest most important statement a person can make. Those whose shepherd is the Lord have placed themselves under His guidance and leadership in all matters; they are owned by Him. "I Shall Not Want" proclaim His follower's faith and confidence that they will be: protected by Him, sustained by Him, comforted by Him and in the end housed by Him in eternal glory. Is the Lord God Jehovah your Shepherd?
